Combine the online 100-Hour Dharma Yoga Teaching Course with the in-person Dharma Yoga Immersion Retreat (30 Hours), as well as in-person Opening & Closing Ceremonies + Workshops in Oslo (10 hours).

Sign up to the online portion of the training below. This must be done first as this will grant you access to the online portal when the course begins.

Experience Yoga as Ceremony as we celebrate the opening and closing of the Dharma Yoga Teaching Course in person. Inspired by the Dharma Yoga community´s Maha Sadhana format as well as my own women´s circles, this will be a collection of extended, ceremonial gatherings including rituals, wisdom sharing, live music, asana, pranayama and deep relaxation. This is what you do, this is where you come, when you wish to remember.

To fulfil the remaining hybrid hours, you will need to attend 10 of my Dharma Yoga classes in-person, either the 75-minute or 90-minute full duration options at Leela Gamlebyen or Joy Yoga in Oslo. Please see my teaching schedule for details.

Definitely! If you have completed a previous round of the 100-Hour Dharma Yoga Teaching Course (DYTC) and plan to join the in-person modules (Dharma Yoga Retreat at Nøsen + in-person classes and ceremonies in Oslo), you can request to top up your existing certification to a 150-Hour certificate upon completion of all required training hours (online and in-person) as detailed above.

There will be a total of 56 synchronous hours during this hybrid training option, broken down as follows:
8 × 2 hour live calls = 16 hours during the Dharma Yoga Teaching Course (DYTC).
30 hours in-person during the Dharma Yoga Immersion Retreat.
2 × 3-hour Yoga Ceremonies = 6 hours for the Opening & Closing Ceremonies.
10 × 1.5-hour Dharma Yoga classes = 15 hours of in-person practice in Oslo.
Total = 67 hours of synchronous training

After completion of the 100-Hour group, LIVE, online Dharma Yoga Teaching Course AND all in-person requirements above (Dharma Yoga Immersion Retreat + Ceremonies + Clases in Oslo), you will receive a certificate for 150-Hours of Continuing Education.
